Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible kitchen items, bathroom items, and office products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
